Selenite counteracts any negative vibration and protects against any negative influence. Another wonderful property of Selenite is that it has the power to cleanse and clear other crystals and negative energies. You will never need to cleanse or recharge your Selenite crystal, as you need to do with many metaphysical stones.

Selenite is a heavenly crystal that holds the property of not only cleaning itself but also its surroundings.  The high vibrations of Selenite make it efficient enough to clean other crystals and release energy blocks in them. 

To cleanse & charge your stones with Selenite all you need to do is, place your stones or crystal jewelry over a Selenite charging plate.

Even though Selenite cleansing is not necessary as it is a self-cleansing stone, each crystal deserves cleansing and can benefit from it.

A great way to cleanse Selenite and other crystals is by smudging them with White Sage or Palo Santo incense. Another method that is great for cleansing Selenite is by bathing them in the healing energies of the Full Moon.

DO NOT WET your Selenite Crystals as they may dissolve in water. Contact with water is not recommended for any variety of Selenite.
