Do you want to learn how to use the power of crystals to shift or change your energy? How to harness their power to become more self aware and therefore self empowered?

This interactive Crystals 101 Workshop with Au Mayari of Shop Soulfully is for the new and curious, as well as those that have crystals in their life already, but want a deeper understanding.

Au Mayari will give you the knowledge of how crystals work, and how you can implement them into your daily life for both physical and spiritual wellbeing.
In this workshop she will cover:


>>>Methods of classifying crystals, including geological, color, shape and chakra associations

>>>The spiritual and physical benefits of using crystals

>>>How to pair crystals

>>>How to incorporate crystals into healing, meditative or yoga practices to enhance them

And of course – how to cleanse, program and charge your crystals!

You will leave this workshop with both the power of knowledge, and the peace of mindfulness. You will be able to go forward with confidence identifying crystals, hold knowledge of how to prescribe crystals for yourself and others, and know how to begin to use them to shift your thought process, change your vibration, and ultimately change your reality.
